Even with the chill of fall in the air this week, the Farmacy: Food is Medicine program is still sharing the bounty of summer! A huge thank you to HOPE for the beautiful gleaned veggies. As always, feeling thankful for our farmers, Old Road Farm, Last Resort Farm, and New Leaf Organics, and all their hard work!
